Tealive’s Middle East Expansion via New Franchise Deal

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian-based Loob Holding has announced a new chapter in its global expansion strategy by entering into a master franchise agreement with Dubai’s Eureka Restaurant and Café.

This partnership is designed to introduce the Tealive brand, known for its innovative and contemporary tea beverages, to the UAE market. With plans to open a flagship store in Dubai and subsequent outlets across major cities, Tealive aims to integrate seamlessly into the Middle East’s thriving food and beverage industry.

The expansion is supported by Ernst & Young Malaysia, which provided advisory services for the transaction. This strategic move is expected to leverage the strong market dynamics of the UAE to boost Tealive’s growth and presence in the region.
